Major Electrical Components – 1 Year Defect Warranty
Includes: motor, throttle, controller, battery, bearings, and display.
Mechanical Parts – 6 Months Defect Warranty
Includes: frame parts, brake calipers, brake levers, suspension systems, and rims.
Non-Essential Electrical Components – 3 Months Defect Warranty
Includes: lights, horn, blinkers, and buttons.
Parts and labor are fully covered under the applicable warranty period.
This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects under normal use and does not cover wear, misuse, or damage caused by external factors.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover the following:
- Physical or crash damage caused by accidents, falls, or impacts.
- Water damage, corrosion, or electrical failure due to moisture or rain exposure.
- Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or tampering with internal components (battery, motor, controller, or wiring).
- Damage caused by incompatible or unapproved chargers or power sources.
- Improper maintenance, lack of regular servicing, or use of incorrect tools.
- Exposure to extreme weather conditions, salt, sand, or corrosive materials.
- Overloading beyond the manufacturer’s specified weight limit.
- Normal wear-and-tear or consumable parts such as tires, inner tubes, brake pads, fenders, kickstands, and brake discs.
- Cosmetic damage including scratches, dents, rust, or discoloration.
- Disassembly of components not designated as user-serviceable.
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or without valid proof of purchase.
- Used or refurbished products unless covered by a separate written warranty.
- Shipping costs associated with warranty claims or service.
