Powered by a 500 W motor, it reaches a top speed of 19 mph, while the 36 V 11.6 Ah battery lets you ride up to 25 miles on a single charge. When will my order be shipped?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor its delivery status.
Why does the tracking info say "a label has been created"?
In most cases, tracking updates within 2–3 business days. During peak seasons like Black Friday or major holidays, delays may occur. If your tracking hasn’t updated after a few days, feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.
How Long Does Delivery Take & Do You Ship Internationally?
Shipping usually takes 2-6 business days, depending on your location. We currently only ship within the contiguous United States and do not deliver to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, or international addresses.
Can I pick up the scooter at your warehouse?
At this time, local pickup is only available from our Silicon Valley warehouse at 46707 Fremont Boulevard, Fremont, CA 94538. To arrange a pickup, please contact us at support@recopev.com after placing your order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You can also choose Shop Pay Installments at checkout for flexible payment options.
Can I cancel my order or return the scooter?
Yes, cancellation before shipping is free. We offer a 30-day return policy for scooters that are unused or have been ridden for less than 10 miles.

How does your warranty work?
We offer a 12 month warranty on key components. If your scooter experiences an issue covered under warranty, we’ll first send you the necessary replacement parts free of charge.
You also have the option to bring your scooter to one of our authorized service partners—we’ll supply the parts and cover the repair costs. If no partner is available near you, you may take it to any local scooter repair shop, and we’ll cover the service expenses.
Alternatively, you can ship the scooter back to our headquarters where our technicians will inspect and repair it for you.
