The Hiboy S2 Pro is the perfect electric scooter for urban commuters who want reliability, comfort, and ease. Powered by a 500 W motor, it reaches a top speed of 19 mph, while the 36 V 11.6 Ah battery lets you ride up to 25 miles on a single charge. When will my order be shipped?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor its delivery status.
Why does the tracking info say "a label has been created"?
In most cases, tracking updates within 2–3 business days. During peak seasons like Black Friday or major holidays, delays may occur. If your tracking hasn’t updated after a few days, feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.
How Long Does Delivery Take & Do You Ship Internationally?
Shipping usually takes 2-6 business days, depending on your location. We currently only ship within the contiguous United States and do not deliver to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, or international addresses.
