What's the warranty policy?
We permanently offer a 2-year warranty for everything of the ebike, including the integrated handlebar. In case of any malfunctions with the integrated headlight or display, you'll need to remove the entire handlebar. The good news is, we will send you a new handlebar if a replacement is in need. We've conducted tests to confirm the water resistance of both the light and display. You can be confident about their protection from water damage as long as they are not fully submerged. As for the carbon fiber bike frame, we offer a 10-year warranty for it.
How many hours does it take to fully charge the Velotric GoMad?
It takes 4-5 hours to fully charge Hero with a 3A charger.

What's the maximum range of Velotric GoMad?
