What's the warranty policy?
We permanently offer a 2-year warranty for everything of the ebike, including the integrated handlebar. In case of any malfunctions with the integrated headlight or display, you'll need to remove the entire handlebar. The good news is, we will send you a new handlebar if a replacement is in need. We've conducted tests to confirm the water resistance of both the light and display.
How many hours does it take to fully charge the Velotric Discover M?
It takes 4-5 hours to fully charge Hero with a 3A charger.
